Floater - Remote | WFH

This position primarily involves afternoon and evening hours, with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate different shifts. What You'll Do:

Create engaging experiences: Plan and deliver creative, hands-on activities based on our curriculum and educational standards.
Support child development: Help children meet developmental milestones, complete observations, and assist with schoolwork or remote learning.
Ensure safety and care: Maintain a safe, supportive environment for children and families.
Collaborate with others: Communicate regularly with children, parents, and fellow staff to meet the needs of every child in our care.
Floaters' unique role: As a Floater, you'll start in an assigned classroom and move as needed to support various classrooms. You'll follow prepared lesson plans and adapt as needed to the needs of the day.

Preferred Skills and Experience: While experience is not required, it's a plus if you have:

Previous experience working with children (as a teacher, instructor, or in other settings).
