Warehouse Parts Runner

Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Delivery associate. This position will be both delivering parts in addition to warehouse duties. The position is full-time Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Position Overview:
In the Warehouse Delivery role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are available for our installers to complete their work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, knowledge of HVAC parts, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Stage Parts and Equipment for loading on vehicles
• Run and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment as needed for job completion.
• Ensure appropriate warehouse supplies, equipment and inventory orders are on hand/replenished timely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including exterior and interior of vehicle
• Maintains trash/cardboard removal and clean up
• Effectively communicate with technicians on parts ordering and deliveries
• Effectively communicate with dispatch on parts delivery and job scheduling
• Correctly read invoices when picking up parts and calling with questions
• Regularly attend and participate in required meetings
• Answer phones and assist as needed
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Travel as needed
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50#
• Perform in a fast-paced environment and be able to analyze and solve problems
• Work independently and with teams
• Ability to learn Anderson’s business systems
