Position Overview
The Automotive Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience for our customers. This position works closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate all aspects of the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately prior to delivery
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, including confirming detailing and fuel levels
- Conduct vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining features and technology
- Assist customers with setting up Bluetooth, navigation, and mobile apps
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain delivery logs and documentation
- Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and vehicle features
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
