Sales Associate
NOW HIRING: AUTO SALES PROFESSIONAL – KINGS MOTORS
We are looking for ONE motivated salesperson ready to make real money.
This is a SALES POSITION ONLY — you will NOT be handling financing.
Your job is to follow up, set appointments, and CLOSE deals.
What We Provide:
- Daily lead flow (Facebook, online, walk-ins)
- Full CRM system with active customers
- Inventory that moves
- Financing handled in-house (you focus on selling)
PAY PLAN:
$500 Weekly Draw
$300 Per Car Sold
BONUS:
12+ Cars = $400 per car (ALL units – retroactive)
Top performers can earn $5,000–$9,000+ per month
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads (calls, texts, CRM)
- Follow up consistently with customers
- Set and confirm appointments
- Show vehicles & test drives
- Close deals and deliver vehicles
- Stay organized and work your pipeline daily
- Closing sales and signing contracts with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred (auto sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Hungry to make money
