Dining Room Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on customer service best practices.
- Oversee banquet operations, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization to maintain a pleasant environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Experience in training staff members effectively.
- Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Familiarity with banquet operations is preferred but not required.
- Positive and infectious attitude. Likes to smile.
- Teamwork oriented. Works well with others and highly professional.
- Self-starter, motivated, and looking for growth opportunities.
