Type: Per-Diem (3+ days) | Evening Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Availcapability: Able to work 1 weekend/month

Pay: $35 per hour

Who You Are: As a caring and dedicated individual, you possess a profound commitment to providing exceptional care to patients. Your unwavering compassion and availability to go above and beyond ensure that every patient feels comfortable and supported, regardless of the circumstances.



LPN General Requirements:

»A minimum of 1 year of LPN practice, including emergency care exposure.

»Current, valid NYS LPN License in good standing.

»Up-to-date BLS/CPR Certification.

»Medical malpractice insurance coverage.

»Compliance with updated medical requirements.



Licensed Practical Nurse tasks and Responsibilities:

»Conduct initial screenings for patients seeking services, both in person and over the phone.

»Thoroughly document patient conditions and monitor their progress.

»Administer and closely monitor all prescribed medications from physicians.

»Coordinate emergency care if necessary, demonstrating quick thinking and response.

»Engage in patient teaching and counseling to ensure informed care decisions.
