Summary:

The employee in this position must be detail and task oriented. Attention to detail and quality control are critical. This person must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to sit for long periods of time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve batch name from system
• Verify all information to insure accuracy on cover sheets
• Check for clarity and readable material
• Remove all incorrect information
• Index all paperwork according to correspondence category, policy and company number
• Submit final batch to system
• Adhere to the Standards of Excellence
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Field Support Supervisor or Account Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in insurance is beneficial
• Data Imaging background is
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
• Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc)
• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
• The ability to lift approximately 50lbs. on a regular basis.
