Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction
Location: Columbus, Ohio (Full Relocation Assistance Available) Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 Base Salary (+ Signing Bonus & Performance Bonuses)
Join a premier, employee-owned (ESOP) construction firm as a Senior Project Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on the full lifecycle of major multi-family residential developments. We are looking for a strategic expert who can balance technical site operations with high-level financial oversight and team development.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key driver of project success, ensuring every phase—from initial mobilization to final close-out—is executed with precision, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Management: Direct project setup, construction phases, and final close-outs, ensuring all projects remain profitable and high-quality.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure they meet rigorous organizational standards and safety protocols.
Financial Stewardship: Monitor and manage project costs and budgets to maximize efficiency throughout the construction process.
Senior Leadership: Act as the primary "customer sponsor" for major accounts, fostering trust and long-term partnerships through transparent communication.
Supervisory & Team Development
Strategic Oversight: Directly lead, train, and mentor the project team, ensuring clear delegation of tasks and professional growth.
Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, manage rewards and recognition, and handle conflict resolution in alignment with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in senior-level management of Multi-Family construction projects.
Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to manage diverse teams of engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Business Acumen: Strong capability in financial reporting, cost-effectiveness analysis, and project planning.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing client relations and internal team dynamics.
