• Hybrid Option: Available for candidates in the Cleveland, OH area after training

???? Pay Rate: $21.25/hour
???? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

A detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist is needed to support day-to-day operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of records and data sets. This role also involves assisting with department tasks such as monitoring shared email inboxes and maintaining spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify standard and/or complex coded or uncoded business and statistical data.

• Maintain lists, records, and other data in electronic formats.

• Monitor shared email inboxes and escalate/respond as necessary.

• Create and update spreadsheets to support department operations.

• Follow detailed instructions and pre-established procedures.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Exercise some independent judgment in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field.

• Proficiency with standard data entry concepts, procedures, and tools.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficiency with 10-key, typing speed (WPM), and keystrokes per hour (KSPH).

• Comfortable working independently and following established guidelines.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general office software.

• Some creativity and latitude in task execution is expected.
