Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing daily office activities, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, while ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure that documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings for staff members.
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documentation as needed.
• Support the finance department with invoicing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
