What You'll Do

As a CNC Intern, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH.

• Cross-trains on CNC Mills and CNC Lathes

• Operates Drill-Press, Bench Grinders, and Buffing Wheels

• Deburr parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications

• Reads and interprets work instructions, prints, and job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Must be enrolled in a vocational trade school program from an accredited institution

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Read basic measuring devices including micrometers and calipers.

• Must be able to lift between 25 - 35 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally between 35 - 50 pounds. Considerable standing, stooping, and bending is required.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
