We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician in the Sandusky, Ohio area. Explore the property here www.sanduskyapts.comand consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 6 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Light travel in the area

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19 to $21 an hour
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
• On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
