Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes their orders, and ensures an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Upsell menu items and wine or cocktail pairings to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on upselling and enhancing guest experiences
• Experience in serving or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, guest services, and hospitality principles

UNIFORM & CULTURE: Servers are provided an apron and a wine key. Servers are asked to wear all black, but are free to express themselves in their own style. Servers are expected to supply their own server book, note pad and writing utensils.

We are looking for applicants that enjoy working in a fast-paced fun work environment. We are looking to bring on around 1-2 new servers to add to our current staff. We ask applicants to be 21+ years old.

Both part-time and full-time positions available. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday 11am-10pm. Lunch shifts run roughly from 10am-4:30pm, and dinner shifts run roughly from 4pm-11pm. Weekend availability required.

Pay: $10.00 - $28.12 per hour
