Sr. Business Analyst

Ascyndent, LLC is looking for Sr. Business Analysts in Dublin, Ohio and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must possess a masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and exp. gathering business requirements, using Scrum practices and JAD sessions; and creating and deploying software applications using SCCM. Job Duties: Collaborate with operations, finance, and billing teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into SAP BO specifications for the DCC product line; Engage with development teams to customize data models, ensuring accurate mapping between SAP BO reporting layers and Fleet Manager Application; Utilize SAP BO Information Design Tool (IDT) to analyze data foundation layers, locate objects, and perform data mapping for reporting requirements and defect resolution; Collaborate with Tableau developers to build a dashboard visualizing 13-week rolling driver earnings data, improving performance and reducing manual reporting effort by 25%; Conduct UAT and data validation for customer specific reports; identified discrepancies and drove resolution, improving data accuracy and reducing manual reconciliations; Validate SAP Business Object Web Intelligence (WEBI) reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights on shipments, costs, and operational KPIs; Standardize and update operational definitions of KPI metrics across reports, ensuring consistency and enabling executives to interpret performance insights; Manage intake request forms in Smartsheet to capture reporting and analytics demand, ensuring requests were properly prioritized and tracked; Manage user stories in Jira and facilitated Agile ceremonies to align development teams on reporting deliverables. Document business requirements, process flows, and reporting standards in Confluence, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing across teams; Gather business requirements, using Scrum practices and JAD sessions; and creating and deploying software applications using SCCM. Position may require travel. Minimum Requirements: Education: Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Experience: Six months of experience in the position offered or a related position. Special Requirements: Aforementioned six months of experience must include the following skills: Gathering business requirements, using Scrum practices and JAD sessions; and creating and deploying software applications using SCCM.
