We are seeking a highly motivated Repossession Agent to join our elite vehicle recovery team in Cleveland , Ohio. In this role, you will recover a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, and RVs, throughout Cleveland and surrounding areas such as Lakewood, Strongsville, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Pepper Pike, and Westlake. Candidates should have strong tech and computer skills, solid knowledge of Cleveland’s geography, and a commitment to safe, responsible, and professional driving.

Success in this role comes from individuals who are energetic, money-motivated, and confident, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate engages with people respectfully and can calmly explain Ohio’s self-help repossession laws in a non-confrontational manner.

• Commission Earnings: Agents earn $75-$130 per vehicle, with most completing 4-5 recoveries per day, providing the potential to earn $1,500-$3,000 per week.

• Required: Minimum of one year of experience operating a tow truck or performing repossessions.
• Must have: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Age Requirement: 23 years of older (insurance requirement).
• Background Check: Must pass an FBI background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Schedule : Must be able to work nights!
