We’re hiring Material Handlers / Tugger Drivers to support our dynamic recycling operations at the Honda Plant in East Liberty, OH . This is more than a job — it’s a launchpad for your career in manufacturing with plenty of room to grow !

What You’ll Do:

• Be the backbone of our recycling and sustainability efforts inside the Honda plant.
• Operate tuggers to transport materials across the facility.
• Sort and process cardboard, plastic, and other recyclables on the line.
• Break down and bale large cardboard boxes and plastic materials.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.

Pay & Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Start at $19.07/hr → $20.33/hr upon hire

What You Bring:

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Comfortable operating forklifts, tuggers, or heavy equipment
• Familiar with inventory systems, RF scanners, and packaging
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and climb stairs throughout your shift

Location Requirement:

This role is on-site at the Honda Plant in East Liberty, OH . To be eligible:

• You must be able to badge into the facility
• If you’ve worked here before, you must have left on good terms (2-week notice required)
