Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join a dedicated team in Akron, Ohio. This is a travel assignment within a Cardiac Progressive Care/Tele unit. The role requires a dynamic nurse comfortable in a busy environment with a proven track record in CHF specialty care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Provide high-quality care in a 32-bed Cardiac Progressive Care/Tele unit
• Manage patient care with a 1:4 ratio for dayshift and 1:5 for nightshift
• Draw blood and start/maintain IVs proficiently
• Administer heparin drips and blood products
• Interpret EKGs and respond to rhythm changes effectively

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Recent experience with Epic systems (within the last year)
• 2+ years of experience in PCU/TELE
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Ability to float as required
