Our Inside Sales team works exclusively with warm and hot leads — no cold calling. You’ll be speaking with individuals virtually who have already shown interest in our programs and are ready to take the next step.
Our current sales team consists of three sales representatives that earn $70,000–$150,000 per year. This team has uncapped commission potential and a supportive team environment.

Healthcare Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Engaging & Educating: Successfully lead Discovery calls to communicate the benefits of Elevate MD’s services in a compelling and empathetic way. Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with warm leads.
- Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to identify goals, pain points, and recommend the right health and wellness solutions.
- Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and care.
- Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine, Elevate MD services, and industry trends.
- Tracking & Optimizing Performance: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track conversions, and continually improve your approach.
Inside Sales Requirements
- A Sales Rockstar – Persuasive, competitive, and goal-driven.
- A Natural Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence.
- A Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for health, wellness, or medical sales preferred.
- A Self-Starter – Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
- A Team Player – Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused.
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or medical sales preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
Average Annual Earnings: $70,000–$150,000
