What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the community
• Assist prospective residents and educate them about available housing options
• Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments
• Address and resolve resident concerns with excellent customer service
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring a well-maintained community
• Train, supervise, and support on-site staff
• Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a positive living environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in property management or related fields preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport with residents and staff
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and housing regulations (preferred but not required)
