Our state-of-the-art facility is live and thriving, delivering the BEST ONE-ON-ONE SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY . We’re on the hunt for passionate Part-Time 1-on-1 Sport-Specific Coaches who are fired up to motivate athletes and change lives through personalized training in football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field alongside an incredible team. You'll work with world-class coaches, including:
- A division one & area league corner back and Olympic trials participant
- An active military fitness expert
- A former running back from Bowling Green State University
- An aspiring Olympian representing the Philippines in the 100m and 400m hurdles
- A professional soccer player
- A state champion and head coach for water polo

Create a positive, high-energy environment that keeps athletes coming back for more. Maximize retention with elite sport-specific coaching, technique mastery, performance tracking, and accountability. Adapt every movement to the athlete’s sport, position, and goals while teaching flawless technique and keeping safety first. As a D1 1-on-1 Sport-Specific Coach, you’ll:
- Bring passion, expertise, contagious energy, and unmatched customer service
- Start and end every session on time with maximum intensity
- Assess athletes and build fully customized sport-specific programs
- Build lasting relationships and track measurable progress
- Deliver expert advice on strength, speed, agility, position-specific skills, and nutrition
- Ensure flawless form to keep athletes injury-free and performing at their peak
Coach with unstoppable energy: Lead one-on-one sessions only with hype music, loud motivation, perfect sport-specific cues, and seamless transitions tailored to football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field.
Team up: Join staff meetings, education sessions, and program development while keeping our facility pristine and championship-ready.
Inspire daily: Build an electrifying atmosphere, customize every workout to the athlete’s sport and goals, minimize injury risk, and help athletes crush their personal bests.
Own assessments: Conduct First Training Assessments, set big sport-specific goals, and foster relationships that drive long-term retention.
Maintain excellence: Provide feedback to uphold D1’s world-class standards.
Shine locally: Represent D1 at events, combines, showcases, and competitions to grow our Toledo community. Responsibilities
Foster a motivating 1-on-1 environment, maximize retention with top-tier service, adapt movements safely to each sport, prioritize perfect technique, and reduce injury risk—all while delivering personalized training for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field athletes. What You Bring to the Team
Certifications (Required): AED/CPR/First Aid + at least one of: NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT/PES, USAW-Level 1. Level 1 Certified the D1 Way.
Experience: 1+ year in strength & conditioning, sport-specific training, or personal training (group or team experience is a plus, but this role is 1-on-1 only ).
Education: Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
You: High-energy, extroverted leader passionate about training athletes in football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field. Expert in strength, speed, agility, position-specific skills, and nutrition. 1-on-1 Sport-Specific Training Only: $25 per one-on-one session which is an hour expectation
Flexible schedule based entirely on client needs, primarily evenings and weekends.
