Business Analyst
- Proven experience in defining system requirements for integrating a vendor solution with back-end systems.
- Proven experience in mapping data from one system to another, and identifying solutions when the mapping is not 1:1.
- Proven experience in generating requirements (business and technical), use cases, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Database querying skills, including the ability to write and execute basic SQL queries to pull, manipulate, and validate data for reporting or analysis purposes.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw relevant business conclusions.
- Experience in converting data from one system to another system.
- Familiarity with Agile mindset, e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban approaches.
- Previous hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence.
