Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.

• Implement individualized therapy programs in alignment with PT-developed plans
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life
• Track progress and adapt treatment strategies to promote success
• Educate and motivate patients and caregivers for long-term success
• Document all care in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills, clinical integrity, and a genuine desire to help others
