Dublin Cleaners, Central Ohio’s largest retail dry cleaner with 90+ years of history, is hiring a Shirt Presser to join our production team.

This is skilled, hands-on work. You’ll operate commercial pressing equipment and work in a two-person team to produce crisp, perfectly finished dress shirts. Every collar sharp. Every cuff smooth. Every shirt inspection-ready.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Your afternoons are free.
Overtime available when production demands it.

Performance-Based Pay

Experienced Pressers

If you can match our top team members in both speed and quality from day one, you may start at our higher performance rate.

Typical earnings: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour , based on output.

New to the Trade?

Start at $16.00 per hour (paid training) while you learn our equipment and production flow.

Once you consistently meet our quality and production standards, you move to piece pay .

Piece Pay = Control Your Income
