Maintenance Reliability Engineer – Food Production – Brecksville, OH

The Maintenance Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in driving maintenance excellence across our manufacturing sites. This position ensures the reliability and continuous improvement of plant maintenance processes, systems, and programs. The role also supports capital projects, plant engineering, and automation initiatives, while promoting a culture of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

· Lead and coordinate maintenance excellence initiatives across all AFUS sites.

· Develop and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance systems and CMMS tools.

· Support capital projects and plant engineering tasks as directed.

· Drive improvements in equipment uptime, procurement, utilities, and labor costs.

· Educate and train plant personnel on maintenance excellence principles.

· Ensure compliance with AGRANA’s Code of Conduct and safety-first culture.

· Act quickly to resolve issues and provide high-level service to internal stakeholders.

· Maintain documentation and reporting for maintenance programs and projects.

Position Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Associate Degree or equivalent experience considered.

· Demonstrated expertise in maintenance excellence and reliability engineering.

· Knowledge of shop floor automation, equipment, and automation integration.

· Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance or similar CMMS platforms.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and disciplined documentation skills to cross functionally support the organization.

· Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio, Teams).

· Willingness to travel to support multi-site initiatives.

· Language: English
