We are seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their development through play and educational activities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage creativity and exploration.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with infant-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
