Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Used Car Department Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our used car operations from inventory management to vehicle merchandising and sales preparation. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Compensation: $18-$22 per hour based on experience. Bonus opportunities available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the merchandising of used vehicles, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Process vehicle inventory efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
• Organize the vehicle lot to maximize space and accessibility.
• Prepare vehicles for wholesale and auction, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Source used vehicles for purchase, including attending auctions and evaluating vehicle conditions.
• Support sales staff and management with additional dealership activities as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in automotive services is a plus.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
