- BLS
- OR RN
- 2 years OR experience; valid Ohio nursing license; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.
- Preferred :Level I trauma experience; CNOR.
- Required Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license; Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.
- Network access and/or applications needed: Epic, Pyxis, Vocera, Outlook
