Position Overview:

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious electrical leader to design their own team, implement best practices, and shape the future of residential electrical services in our community. This position will play a key role in expanding the residential electrical department and is designed to grow into an Electrical Manager role as the department develops

Your Day-to-Day:

• Help launch and grow our residential electrical division.
• Oversee daily field operations and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices while building a high-performing team.
• Develop workflows, safety standards, and installation best practices.
• Manage job scheduling, permitting, inspections, and quality control.
• Perform hands-on field work while growing the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service to our customers.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company standards.

What Does It Take?

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of team building, mentoring, and department growth.
• Deep knowledge of residential service, remodels, panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, home automation, whole home generator installations, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
