Warehouse Worker/Assembler

Our client, aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Worker/Assembler to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker/Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting aerospace component assembly. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Assembly

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Range: $20/hr plus shift differential

Shifts:

1st shift- 7:00am- 3:00pm

2nd shift- 3:00pm- 11:00pm

3rd shift- 11:00pm- 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Assemble aerospace components using a variety of tools and equipment
• Support post bond operations as needed
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation to maintain quality standards and ensure accurate product movement
• Confirm all materials and equipment meet procedural and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and workflow through Kaizen and collaboration with Engineering and area leadership

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret written instructions, safety rules, blueprints, and procedure manuals
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality, conforming products
• Team-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work assignments and willingness to perform various functions as needed
