The TDG Grounds Operation Team is seeking a full-time Commercial Grounds Leader / Grounds Operations Supervisor to manage and support our teams in the field . This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. We are seeking someone with commercial grounds and landscaping experience with a servant leadership mindset.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather); occasional weekend support may be required when weather disrupts normal delivery schedules

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands-on management of multiple Grounds crews.
• Quality assurance management across multiple properties
• Approve and oversee weekly delivery schedules
• Manage delivery and projects on time and on budget
• Prepare grounds teams for seasonal changes
• Lead crews in weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, and landscape projects as needed
• Provide critical scheduling and support during winter weather events for snow removal teams
• Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
• Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system
• Other tasks assigned.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• Groundskeeper/Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a team
• Able to manage data in Excel and a cloud-based Work Order System
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime.
