Join Our Team as a Finish Sander - Staining Room

We're looking for a Finish Sander to join our Staining Room team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand sanding and machine sanding of solid wood components to a smooth, ready-to-stain finish

• Attention to detail to ensure a flawless final product

• Work closely with the staining and finishing team to maintain high standards of quality

• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas of production as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sanding or woodworking preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Commitment to teamwork and communication

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
