Basement Waterproofing Technician
Waterproofing Foreman/Technician
- WORKING FOREMAN and/or DRIVER – Broadview Hts. area. 2 years construction/waterproofing & pipe laying experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
-Valid Driver's License
-Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials.
-Responsible for inspecting, intalling, mainting, and repairing waterproofing systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Install & Repair drainage sysems; (sump pumps, French drains)
-Apply waterproofing coatings, sealants, membranes, and other materials to various surfaces
- Operate Heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and dozers.
-Assist with concrete-related work including site grading, forming, pouring, and finishing
