Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace test-system projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
