Our agency has just opened and is currently building a strong foundation with a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2008 and bring a deep understanding of the business, having previously served as a Claim Representative and later as a Claim Team Manager. This background has shaped the way I lead - focused on problem solving, customer care, and building a strong team culture from the start. State Farm is truly part of my family story. I’m a third-generation State Farm employee, and I’m proud to continue that legacy. I’m also a husband and parent of two, and family is a big part of what drives the supportive environment we aim to create in our office. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
