The Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role designed to provide hands-on experience in both customer service and automotive care. This position serves as a key stepping stone for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care and is ideal for highly motivated individuals who enjoy learning, building relationships, and being part of a fun, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Create exceptional customer experiences by building trust, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right products and services.
• Deliver outstanding service while helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their vehicle care decisions.
• Work alongside a supportive team to ensure services are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality to every interaction.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and confidently transition between customer-facing responsibilities and hands-on service work throughout the day.
