Job Title Warehouse Associate

Shift:2nd Shift

Pay Rate:$21.50/hour

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of vinyl siding materials, including loading/unloading shipments, picking orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move vinyl siding throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload truck shipments using proper safety procedures.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain and track inventory using RF scanners.
• Accurately follow order forms to fulfill job orders.
• Conduct inventory audits and assist with cycle counts.
• Support general warehouse and dock operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:1–2 years of forklift operation and material handling.
• Education:High school diploma or GED.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in forklift operation.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory systems.
  • Ability to perform basic shop math for inventory counts.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Availability:Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
