Winter Crew Member
Chapin Landscapes is seeking dependable and safety-focused Snow Plow Drivers to support our winter snow and ice management operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe access to commercial and residential properties during snow events.
Position Responsibilities:
- Safely operate snow plow trucks and related equipment.
- Perform snow and ice removal on assigned routes and properties.
- Follow established service priorities and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors during snow events.
- Conduct basic equipment inspections before and after shifts.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Prior snow plowing or equipment operation experience preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in winter weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
