With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ive built a career rooted in service, consistency, and growth. I started working for State Farm while in college and officially opened my own agency in 2000. Since then, Ive proudly served our community from the same location for 25 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College of Financial Services, and am Series 6 licensedbringing a depth of financial knowledge to the agency. Our office is small but mighty, currently a team of three and looking to grow by one or two more. We have a loyal and close-knit culture where having fun, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our team is competitive, customer-centric, and always striving to growqualities that helped us earn the #1 multiple line agency award in our five-state zone. Outside the office, my family and I are active in a Christian-based charitable organization and heavily involved in supporting local high school sports and nonprofits. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Swank - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
