Apartment Maintenance Technician
Skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician – $24–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
Westerville, OH 43081 | Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm
Jump into a key maintenance role supporting a busy apartment community! If you're experienced, reliable, and well‑rounded in all areas of property maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to shine in a full‑time contract role.
Job Description
- Complete service requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Support unit turns and punch‑list work
- Assist with grounds and property upkeep
- Perform general building and property maintenance tasks
- Work independently and deliver consistent, quality results
Required Skills
- Strong, well‑rounded apartment maintenance experience
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Solid skills across:
- Basic electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures)
- Plumbing (leaks, clogs, shut‑offs)
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Carpentry and door/lock repairs
- Drywall patching & painting
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Basic HVAC knowledge (filters, thermostats)
Preferred Skills
- Multifamily maintenance experience
- Familiarity with work‑order software
