Call Center Representative (Blue Ash)

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8-hour shift

We are seeking a Call Center Representative who is comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone with call center experience or who enjoys working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with account-related inquiries
• Provide clear and professional solutions to customer concerns
• Research and resolve issues efficiently
• Document customer interactions in internal systems
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Must be able and willing to work fully on-site in Blue Ash, OH
• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with multiple systems
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
