Product Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A leading global technology firm specializing in digital and infrastructure solutions is seeking a highly capable Project Engineering Manager . This essential role is responsible for the successful execution of complex engineering projects coordinating technical teams and ensuring the timely delivery of advanced solutions to global clients. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise project management skills and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning execution and final delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate directly with customers to define and document detailed technical requirements and create execution plans.
- Effectively manage project scope schedule and budget.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales and solution development phases.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards for quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing engineering projects preferably in the Technology Energy or Advanced Engineering Services sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation and understanding of solution design and development processes.
- Leadership: Proven skills in leadership resource management and conflict resolution.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client or team meetings (subject to business needs).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
