Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to lead and manage our production team effectively. This role requires a proactive individual to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinate team activities, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs, quality requirements, and OPX initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate production team member activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Utilize EOS Toolkit to coach the team, set clear expectations, and maintain effective relationships.
- Assist team members with troubleshooting and ensuring they have necessary tools and materials.
- Review production plans with team members and communicate priorities.
- Mentor team members and counsel to improve performance as needed.
- Promote core values and strategic plan of the company.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Support quality improvements and on-time delivery to meet customer success.
- Continuously assess staffing needs based on business requirements.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct quarterly conversations to maintain communication and expectations.
- Perform administrative duties including payroll, time off requests, and policy administration.

- 3+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Experience in welding and/or steel fabrication is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
