Administrative (Customer) Services Assistant

As an Administrative Customer Service Assistant team member, you will ensure all day-to-day tasks and objectives are executed efficiently and in a timely manner to meet the client's goals.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational and prioritization skills. We are looking for an individual who has a goal-oriented approach to completing work, and critical thinking when faced with challenges needing creative solutions. We are seeking a self directed individual who takes pride in a job well done and values both individual and team successes.
What your day to day may look like:
· Prepare, coordinate, and track seminars and direct mail campaigns
· Generate and manage reports based on client-provided information
· Enter data accurately into internal and external databases and customer relation management (CRM) systems
· Maintain professional communication via phone and e-mail with clients
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree in business, technology, or other related specialty is a plus
· 3+ years of proven administrative support experience
· Proficient to Expert in Microsoft Office 365, with an exceptional knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
· 50+ WPM as well as usage of 10-key
· Follow instructions from concept to completion, maintaining superb attention to detail
· Work well with others to complete projects in a timely fashion
Work Environment:
· Internal work environment (office space)
· Noise levels range from quiet to moderate, depending on which part of the building you are in. The employee's space is in a quiet location within the building
Physical Demands:
· The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands and fingers
· Usage of keyboard (typing)
· The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
