Office Assistant
Helpin Hands LLC is hiring a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support our homecare and DODD operations. This position requires previous office experience in homecare , specifically DODD-related administrative experience .
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Location: In-office (Maple Heights, OH)Required Experience

Answering phones, emails, and assisting families/staff professionally

Filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining client/staff records

Data entry and updating documentation accurately

Assisting with scheduling, onboarding paperwork, and administrative support

Supporting management with day-to-day office tasks

Maintaining confidentiality and compliance expectations
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask

Comfortable using computers (email, documents, databases/portals)

Professional written and verbal communication
