In this role youll play a vital part in supporting the IT Department by assisting with day-to-day technical tasks troubleshooting and system maintenance helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties:

• Assist first-line support for IT-related issues via phone email and in person.
• Escalate employee IT-related issues/tickets to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Help troubleshoot hardware software and network issues escalating when necessary.
• Support setup and configuration of computers printers and other peripherals.
• Assist with software installations updates and maintenance.
• Provide help with account setup password resets and user access.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology or a related field.
• IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A) are a plus but not required.
