Dental assistant

Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist during a wide variety of clinical treatment procedures.

Radiography: Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays.

Patient Education: Provide patients with clear oral health instructions and post-operative care guidance.

Clinical Preparation: Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all dental instruments are sterilized and organized.

Compliance: Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with safety standards.

Documentation: Accurately record patient care details and treatment notes within the practice management software.

full-time $34,600 - $44,200 per year

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Successful completion of a Dental Assisting program or prior professional dental assisting experience.

Current Ohio Dental Radiographer license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume clinical setting.

Commitment to maintaining a sterile and organized workspace.

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Dentrix
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Previous experience using Dentrix software.

Current CPR Certification.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential.

One year of clinical dental assisting experience.
