Position Summary:
As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician at Survoy's, you'll ensure that our commercial clients' critical systems—ranging from air conditioning units and ventilation systems to refrigeration equipment and ice machines—are expertly maintained and repaired. You won't just be servicing machinery; you'll be building trust and long-term relationships with our customers and team members alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled Technical Service:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC/R equipment, including rooftop units, refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and system optimizations to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.

• Customer-Focused Solutions:

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, explaining issues, providing guidance on preventive care, and delivering prompt, reliable service.
  • Work proactively to minimize downtime for customers, always treating their needs and schedules with respect.

• Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Partner with fellow technicians, dispatchers, project managers, and other team members to coordinate repairs, share insights, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment by helping colleagues, embracing feedback, and promoting best practices.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R service, with a strong focus on refrigeration systems and ice machines.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines.
• EPA certification and other relevant industry credentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
