Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) and Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) rotating shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have a background in medical-surgical tele nursing with a commitment to supporting patients' health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring of vital signs.
• Utilize advanced telemetry monitoring to assess patients' cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Facilitate communication with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.
• Participate in professional development and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or a Compact State license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience, travel experience accepted.
• Recent experience in oncology and chemotherapy administration preferred.
