What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience; staffing or HR solutions experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of employment laws, rules, and regulations
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute client-specific recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and client requirements
  • Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and career coaching
  • Administer job postings and conduct structured/behavioral interviews
  • Maintain records of market trends, competitors, and candidate pipelines
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and processes

Associate Care & Client Engagement

  • Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met
  • Coach associates on skill enhancement and career development
  • Build long-term relationships with associates and clients
  • Address associate and client inquiries or grievances professionally
  • Redeploy temporary associates and drive retention strategies
  • Participate in special projects and act as a team lead when needed
