Technology & Workflow Standardization:

  • Train pharmacists on FrameworkLTC, FrameworkECM, and DocuTrack systems.
  • Standardize workflows across sites to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support adoption of new technologies and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with leadership to measure the impact of training (e.g., smoother onboarding, improved compliance scores, fewer workflow errors).
  • Identify retraining opportunities and recommend enhancements to training programs.
  • Maintain records of all training and in-services in line with company requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency with FrameworkLTC, FrameworkECM, DocuTrack, and MS Office.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally 40–60%. Preferred.
  • Experience in training, preceptorship, or departmental education.
